Our long time, professional, uniformed employees are paid on an hourly and salary basis, not by how much they are able to do in a day.

We employ great installers, and we treat them well. We don't believe in paying them based on how many square feet they are able to insulate in a day, as this makes production the priority – not quality and attention to detail.

Our employees are thoroughly trained and individually licensed.

Details Insulation is in good standing with Caliber and maintains licenses for every applicator. We don't believe in licensing a single applicator for each type of foam insulation and then "sharing" that license. We're proud of the work we do, and we take it very seriously.
